I just read on a facebook post that Jim Rohn has past away!

Over the weekend the world lost one of the most influential people that has ever stepped foot into free enterprise, network marketing and direct sales.

Jim philosophy to life has added in the wealth creation adopted by many. He has countless: books, audio books, CD’s, DVDs that all share his message and comprise of many powerful quotes.

Jim Rohn has left me with a great foundation of success and happiness through listening to his teachings. I am a better person because of his wisdom and I among many who will carry his message forward to help empower others to live a life of abundance.

Below is a link to some of his greatest quotes and one of my favorite videos.

NY Giants & The Kanassas City Chiefs “Game On”

Posted by | Posted in Abundance, Business, Direct sales, Goals, Leadership, Marketing, Network Marketing, Prosperity | Posted on 05-10-2009

It’s a rainy cool Sunday here in south central Ontario. It’s a great day for being on the computer and watching football.

The Game my friend Neil and I have on is the only one playing in our area and it’s probably the worst game of the one o’clock pm starts. It is the NY Giants & the Kansas City Chiefs. The fourth quarter just started and the Giants are leading 20 something to 3.

The lopsided lead of this team game allows me to drawn a parallel to individual’s daily routine. Those people that get it done and those people that don’t. Life in many aspects is a numbers game and same with business. The business of sport is just a quick example keeping in mind the 80/20 rule.

20% of the NFL will make 80% of the money as they are the top 80% who perform the greatest. This in a league where although teams are capped by salary certain teams tend to be more stacked with the top 20%.

KC got killed because there: QB is weak, their offence in general is terrible and so is their defence. NY on the other hand looked like a well oiled machine.  It would not surprise me if NY had more 20% leaders than KC in the NFL.

This NFL sums up the story for the reality of business regardless if it’s the highest paid Lexus salesperson, the highest paid roofer or the highest paid network marketing/direct salesperson.

Although the slight difference between the NFL and the direct sales/marketing industry is that to make the NFL and be a star you need to not only have incredible work ethic, but you also need to have talent.  And as talented as the top players are they work together as they can’t do it all.

Being a online entrepreneur is great as you are your own boss and you don’t have staff but to be successful you can’t do it all on your own. The top 20% producers are the top 20% earners because we realize this and we work to use leverage in our favour. We have systems in place and we use outsourcing whenever we need work done that does not match our best skill set. The same is true as mentioned with the NY Giants in today’s game as with the top Lexus salesperson or the highest paid roofer. They have the best work ethic. Drive and determination but they also understand the systems in place and the people around them. Because of their attention to detail and fortitude to achieve they are able to utilize their surrounding the greatest.

If you are very successful in your industry you understand the harsh reality of success but it doesn’t come across as harsh. It is a reality that excites you. You love what you do. The tough battles faced are looked at like challenges you need to conquer. You also see what separates you from the pack and the negative that goes with the rest. There is no doubt the top earners work the longest and hardest to achieve their outcome. However the 80% that makes 20% of the money don’t see it this way, they think it’s other’s fault, they blame other people and their systems, they just don’t take responsibility.

This lack of responsibility taken prevents them from doing more than the person beside them. The biggest skill they don’t work hard enough on is actually not a skill. It’s mindset, constant attention and time spent on self mastery is the number one factor that separates the top 20%.

It is no wonder that Michael Jordan could throw more free throws with his eyes closed than Shack with them wide open.

There are many great books and audio books of which you can download to put on your mp3 player or burn to a CD can be from on amazon.com or in the iTunes store. The top Producers, the top players and the top people in any field have the biggest libraries, attend the most training, the most seminars, and take the most action.

The Pope, Obama and Queen Elizabeth have a new Groove

Posted by | Posted in Business, Direct sales, Network Marketing, Networking, Opportunities, Social Media | Posted on 21-08-2009

Are you one of the many million people in the United States and all over the world who are depressed, have developed a loss of self esteem, feel helpless, bored and afraid because you have either lost your home, your job or have had to shut down your businesses in this virtual global recession? There is one person who is not in any of these above categories, and he is no less than his Holiness, Pope Benedict.

A couple months ago, in his inaugural YouTube foray, the Pope welcomes the viewers to what he called “great family that knows no borders”. The Pope also hoped that the viewers would “feel involved in this great dialogue of truth”. On the Vatican Radio it was said that that day was marking a new page in the history of the Holy See, and the launch of the Popes channel on YouTube, is really something to mark in history.

The Vatican said that their reason for getting a channel on YouTube is so that they can broaden and unite the Pontiff’s audience, which is from an estimated 1.4 billion people all over the world who are online. Queen Elizabeth and President Barack Obama are other YouTube channel holders who are sweeping their nations and the rest of the world with their words of wisdom. President Barack Obama is also active on other social Networking sites such as facebook and Twitter.

Now, if someone as religious as the Pope, as graceful as the Queen, or as smart and powerful as Obama are doing things online, then there’s a pretty good reason why. The internet is where everyone is, it’s where everything is happening and where everything grows. That’s is why people are getting into Home Based Online Businesses. They work because everyone is online. The Pope, the Queen, the US President and yourself right now prove that fact. We are one great big Online Nation, that has made the world much smaller.

If you’re one of those people who lost their job, start a business online. If you’re one of those people who is a month behind on your mortgage payment, start a business online. If you’re sick of counting every penny, worrying about being fired, worried about your bank closing down, scared your home will be taken away and sold for scratch, start a business online. Do the research, plan it and make it happen. You can turn things around for yourself, so do it.

BTW – If things are going well for you and your interested to stay up to date with the latest you to might want to start an online business. Although this industry can give people the change they are looking for it can also give people the change they are not looking for.

IBM – and the all other big corporate buildings are BIG for a reason

Posted by | Posted in Business, CCPRO, Direct sales, Network Marketing, Wealth | Posted on 20-06-2009

Most people think “It’s a Pyramid Scheme” when they hear about Network Marketing as they confuse it with old school Multi Level Marketing. Only the people at the top make the big bucks, which is a good point. But how did they get to the top? When you climb, you have to start from the bottom. That’s the way gravity and Multi Level Marketing works. Thing is Direct Sales and Multi Level Marketing are different in that Direct sales there is only a one level deep residual, not two or more, hence it is not Multi. This allows you to receive a substantial income from your efforts and leverage about 30% from your team.

The reason many people don’t make it that far is because they give up. Plain and Simple.  Network Marketing, Direct Sales “CCPRO” is something you have to work really hard at. If you’re only doing it part time then you can’t expect results to come as quick as those who do it for a living. It is a business and some people who just “try” it out and then are unsatisfied with the fact that they didn’t earn ten thousand dollars in their first month quit and fail. Thing is nothing in life deserves to make you money. You need to acquire value in order to get paid money. Longevity is king and know body ever made any money trying anything out. They either committed 100% and succeed or failed, pretty straight forward.

What about all those big buildings, the huge corporations with all those people. Like IBM that you see right down town, are those entire corporations just one big pyramid scheme? Yes! I feel quite strongly about it, yet many really don’t see it that way. Have you ever seen a movie or read a story about a boy starting out in the company, all he does is serve coffee or deliver the mail, then one fine day he gets a promotion to become the shredder guy or the photocopy man? We’ve all know of a story like that and those who are not CEOs or Vice presidents understand what it is like to be in that guys shoes’, working your way up. That is the way it works in the corporate world. Right from the security desk to the boss at the top, and it a mad struggle of job insecurity and making someone else wealthy the entire way. What about those that are there, did they have connections or did they finally get there when they were past 50. How much time did they spend with their kids growing up, how many hours a week stuck in traffic,  a whole whopping 2 weeks off a year…WOW, there are a lot of people in this category that turn their back on Direct Sales. But hey if they can’t see what they’re going through and a way out staring them in the face so be it. Time freedom and independence is not for everybody.

The big kicker is the so called “promotion.” What does this result to? Everyone working their butts off which really gets them nowhere fast but into a higher tax bracket with a more stressful job that winds up paying them a few thousand dollars more a year. Wow. Now that’s living your dream life!

So next time somebody says, is that CCPRO network marketing business a pyramid thing, ask them what they do that earns 6 figures, how much money they have invested and time they get to spend enjoying life. You will find it hard to hear of someone that has those bases covered and or has a plan of action in the works to see them realize those benefits. Then point way up at the tallest building in your city and say, nope this sure isn’t a pyramid thing but that over there defiantly is.

To see how this whole things work I’ll send you to the start.

Why Pitching Friends & Family is as Bad as Cold Calling in Your Network Marketing Home Based Business

Posted by | Posted in Business, Marketing, Network Marketing, Networking, Opportunities, Prosperity | Posted on 05-06-2009

Hello hello,

A lot of people get excited over network marketing because their
looking to make money and the leverage of the business model
makes great sense.

If your not in that boat I would like you to compare it  to that of
a brick and mortar business or traditional employee.

The downfall in most network marketing opportunities is the marketing
system. Most companies tell their distributors to make a list of friends
and family and buy leads to cold call.

Sound familiar and or exciting…?

If you have ever tired this I am sure you can attest to the success it
achieves… Not!

The reasons for this are simple.

1) For starters most of your friends and family are not entrepreneurial minded.
2) People like to Buy but they do not like to be sold.

So then how do you go about recruiting people into your business…?

Become the hunted not the hunter!

There is know shortage of people looking to join your business. In fact over 70 000
Americans alone start a home business every day.

Learn how to attract people to you through attraction marketing and watch your leads,
prospects and team members grow.

***Some quick tips to help you out and they stem from the saying  “Less is More.”

- Do Not tell people or talk to people about your network marketing business unless
they ask.

- Do Not throw-up on people with information about your business.

- Do Not get into answering tons of questions, your system should be able to do that
for you, point people in the right direction – make them work a bit, this is a business they
are after ;-)

- Do Not hype, smart people are immune to hype and those that buy into it you do not
want on your team.

- Gain the sixth sense to know when your dealing with someone who wants to change
there life or someone that wants to waste your time. This will come through experience
but will ultimately be your best skill.

- Lastly relate to people on a non-business level, that why they call it “Networking.”
